Domino Backup

Domino backup & restore has been introduced in Domino 12.0.
It allows native Domino backup to file targets as the default configuration for Windows and Linux.

The standard backup location is /local/backup which has been setup on this server with a ZFS volume with deduplication.
For disaster recovery the ZFS volume can be snapshotted and send to a remove location.

To restore databases from backup open dominobackup.nsf from Notes Client or Nomad Web client.

A daily full backup is created at 12:00 and 18:00 triggered by a program document.
Backup retention time is 7 days.
